The second week will help the small church realize the resources it already has at its disposal by employing Asset Mapping. Recognizing your assets can help the church begin to switch from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance. Then, we will explore ways to measure your effectiveness. Why measure the way another church does? Is counting money and attendance the most important metric of success? Is that serving your unique congregation? You decide what your church will highlight, report on, and share with others.
