Rev. Dr. Tomeka Jacobs, Visiting Professor of Spiritual Formation and Pastoral Care , will present a worship during Brite Divinity School’s Ministry Week 2025 (Feb. 10-12). The theme of Ministry Week 2025 is Restoring the Soul: From Trauma to Hope. The title of Dr. Jacobs’ workshop is Utilizing Contemplative Spiritualities as Models for Transformation in Caring Professions. “Contemplative spiritualities potentiate space for healing and transformation when engaging inner and outer world trauma.
